The Hawaii Foundation for Chinese Culture and Arts is a non-profit organization established in 1989 to promote cultural and artistic appreciation of the Chinese heritage in Hawaii and other communities. The HFCCA sponsors classes in Qigong, Chinese philosophy, herbology and Chinese dance. Membership is open to all people regardless of race, creed, or ethnic origin.

The Hawai`i Foundation for Chinese Culture and Arts, together with the U.S. - China Peoples' Friendship Association present Bridges, an exploration of past, present, and future perspectives of Chinese culture abroad. The Phoenix Dance Chamber, a Chinese dance company established in Hawai`i over twenty years ago, will be collaborating with acclaimed Toronto-based pianist Lee Pui Ming to bring a fresh, dynamic interpretation of the relationship between tradition and modernity for today's generation. This concert will showcase the Phoenix Dance Chamber's familiar presentations of ethnic folk dances followed by innovative piano improvisation and new choreography. Join us for an exciting concert that aims to embrace the culture of our past along with the divergence that leads us towards our future.
